Frequently Asked Questions

What size are Nova artificial ivy panels?

Nova panels measure 20″ x 20″ each. They come 12 panels per box, which covers 33.33 square feet of coverage per box. This makes it easy to calculate exactly how many boxes you need for a wall, fence, or event backdrop before you order. If you want to see the panel size and texture in person first, you can order a free sample before committing to a full order.

Is Nova artificial ivy safe for pets and kids?

Yes. Nova is non-toxic, so it’s safe to have around pets and children without worrying about chemical exposure. It’s also 100% recyclable, which matters if you’re comparing sustainability across greenery options. On top of that, Nova is REACH, RoHS, and PAHs certified, meeting recognized safety and environmental standards for materials used in homes and commercial spaces alike.

Does Nova require maintenance?

No. Nova artificial ivy is built to stay maintenance-free. There’s no watering, no trimming, and no seasonal upkeep needed to keep it looking full and green. It also holds its color and shape year-round thanks to UV resistance, so it won’t fade, curl, or look washed out after months in direct sunlight. That makes it a practical option for walls, storefronts, or outdoor spaces where real ivy would need constant care.

Does Nova come with a warranty?

Yes. Nova is backed by a 5-year warranty. It’s important to note that this warranty applies specifically to artificial ivy products. Festival Turf’s rolled turf products carry a separate, longer 15-year warranty, so the coverage period depends on which product line you’re purchasing. If you’re working across both turf and ivy for a project, keep this distinction in mind when setting expectations with clients or customers.
